You can choose from 3, 4 or 6 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. All models include a space or office to work from home, a private pool, and beautiful indoor/outdoor living space. The estimated completion date is for March 2022. 

Some of the interior details featured in the homes: KOHLER for all bathrooms and kitchen, MITSUBISHI for all ACs with a 7-year warranty, Thermos panels as roofing, EUROVISTAS insulated windows, and movable doors, etc. Buyers are also welcome to choose from one of the 28 other lots included in the first phase, with construction beginning immediately after purchase, and the completed home will be delivered within 10 months of the signature of the contract. Furniture packages will be offered, but not included in the list price. All kitchen cabinetry, countertops, kitchen appliances as well as bathroom appliances are included and the color scheme can be customized.

MODEL "A"

By including a completely independent apartment with own kitchenette, walk-in closet, private terrace and access over the car port, lots 56 and 57 will now become 5-bedroom homes. This change will raise the value of these homes and provide an extra income for investment buyers and an extra room for homeowners as it can be used as an apartment, fitness room or extra office space. This change could be added onto every Model Home available for an additional cost.
