Now that a majority of persons work from home, it's easier to be at the beach. In addition, many people retired before their time due to Covid and are now ready to make a move. What does it mean for the real estate market?
We sold about everything that was available under US$ 200,000, close to the beach, all along the coast. We now have very few options between US$ 200,000 and US$ 400,000, as well as properties from US$ 900,000 and up. We still have very good options between US$ 400,000 and US$ 900,000, and over US$ 3,000,000.
This lack of inventory will increase the value of all properties so if you didn't buy your dream property yet, call me. Buy now before it's too late!
