A 5th master bedroom is detached from the main home, perfect to host guests. A 6th bedroom is also detached, close to the volleyball court. It's pretty hard to beat this location in Avellanas! Easy walk to the beach and located in a quiet street just off the main road that leads to the beach parking lot. Some of the extra features are a walk-in pantry, volleyball court, storage, and maids quarters.
