THE DIRIA ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the low US$ 400,000's. The Diria Condos were built in 2006 (Matapalo) and 2001 (Ceniario). They are located in the center of town, right across the road from the beach and within a resort complex. With an amazing beachside location, they offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. Prices from the mid US$ 400,000's. La Perla Condos were built in 2011, and are located 1 block to the beach. The building has 6 stories, and is composed of 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Some of the second floor have ocean views, and all units from the third and up to the 6th floor have ocean views. Prices from the low US$ 700,000's. Las Mareas Townhomes were built in 2011, and are located in the luxury gated community of El Tesoro. Las Mareas is a subdivsion with 6 townhomes, featuring 3 bedroom floor plans, ocean views over Playa Grande and a nice pool for the 6 units. LEORA DEL PACIFICO ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the mid US$ 200,000's. Leora Pacifico complex was built in the 2012-2015 period. It is located about 1 mile from the beach; close enough to walk everywhere and far enough to be out of the touristic zone. The buildings have 3 stories, and features 2 and 3 bedroom units. There's an elevator to accomodate the owners and renters, a secure parking, big pool and bbq area.

TAMARINDO AZUL ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the low US$ 200,000's. Tamarindo Azul was built in 2006 by a local builder, wanting to have more residential properties than rental units. The complex is composed of only 6 units and a pool. The building only has 3 stories, and the 2 top floor units have ocean views. All units have a spacious floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

TIERRA ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the low US$ 200,000's. Tierra condos were designed by an Argentinian architect and built in 2018-2019. The condo tower is composed of 7 units, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans. Some units are on one floor while others are spread out on 2 floors. There's a common pool and some room for parking in front of the complex. Guard on site 24h. There's also an ocean view terrace on the top floor.

BOCA RACA ~ CONDOS 

The Boca Raca Condos were built in 2006. They are located in the center of town, right across the road from the beach and across the road from the Diria condos. With an amazing beachside location, they offer 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. The complex features a nice pool, 24h security, underground secured parking, storage unit, an elevator and amazing tropical gardens.

MONTE PERLA ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the high US$ 200,000's. The Monte Perla Condos were built by an American developer back in 2003. The 12 units have this unique design with round balconies overlooking the pool and for some units, with ocean views. There's a nice resort pool, covered parking in front of the complex, and security at night. All of the units are on one floor but one the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor of the complex. Beautiful gardens throughout the property.

SUNSET HILLS ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the high US$ 100,000's. The Sunset Hills condos were built in 2006. The complex of 12 units is mainly occupied by long term renters and owners since it's up a hill and about 1 mile from the beach. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units all have ocean views, even on the 1st floor. There's no guard on site but there's a gate to access the perimiter of the property.

IBIS ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the low US$ 300,000's. Those high end condos were built in 2006 and designed by a well known architect that also built many beachfront homes in the neighborhood. The complex is located across the road from the beach and all condos have access to the famous Langosta Beach Club and its beachfront pool. There are 8 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 penthouse with 3 bedrooms. All units have wood teak ceilings and lots of higher end finishes. 24h security, secured parking and elevator.

VILLAS MARIPOSA ~ HOMES

Prices from the high US$ 200,000's. The Mariposa homes were built in 2006. The complex features 10 individual homes, all with 2 bedrooms, a private porch and backyard area. There's a common pool and rancho for everybody. There's also a guard at night and secure parking for everybody.

BUENA VIDA ~ CONDOS 

Prices from the low US$ 200,000's. The complex was built in 1999 and is composed of 9 units. The units 1 to 7 have 2 bedrooms. The two penthouses have 3 bedrooms and are very spacious with over 2,500sqft. There's a pool, guard on site at night and the perimeter of the property is secured with walls and gates. The 2 penthouses have a private secure parking in front of their units. The complex is well located, in town and close to the beach and amenities.

PUEBLO COLONIAL ~ HOMES

Prices from the mid US$ 200,000's. The complex was originally built by a Canadian Developer in 2006. They were originally sold as fractionals and are now used as rental income properties for tourists coming to visit. Each home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and have access to the nice resort pool. The property is secured by a gate all around and the property manager lives on site. There are a few parking spaces outside the complex. Beautiful gardens throughout the property.

Prices from the low US$ 200,000's. Those 6 condos were built in 2017 and features 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms floorplans. The building has 2 stories.
