Condo Reeves has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and access to 2 pools and outdoor sitting areas in a tranquil gated complex, a 5-minute walk to the beach, and 7 minutes to downtown. With reliable high-speed internet (200 Mbps) this is a great space to work remotely while enjoying the beautiful Tamarindo beach! This unit offers everything you need: dedicated wifi located in the condo with access to the router, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, air conditioning, and plenty of space to spread out.

This unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 levels. On the downstairs floor is the living room, kitchen, dining space, and half bathroom. Upstairs contains 2 bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. Master Bedroom contains a king bed and has a balcony overlooking the pool. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a Queen size pull-out sofa bed. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has had recent makeovers in both bathrooms.

The complex is gated with 24/7 security, has a parking area just outside the gate, and has two pools, one of which is conveniently located just below this unit. Check-in/out can be done outside of regular business hours by special arrangement. Early check-in is sometimes available so please feel free to ask. We will do our best to accommodate. Guests have access to both common areas, each with its own pool. You are asked to respect the common areas and your neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 pm.

The unit itself is self-contained and you have a full run of the place, with the exception of the locked storage areas.
