This 31 bedroom hotel has a brand new conference center, with a capacity of 200 people, and with its own kitchen area and A/C. All of the rooms have been remodeled and the owners just completed the remodel of their restaurant as well. The owners have loved their hotel and have had a great time running it, and hope that the new owners are going to enjoy it as well. They have a complete staff alreadfy trained and the hotel does not require the owners to be present in all time.
