Cabinas Diversion Tropical Hotel is a 10 bedroom hotel located 300 meters from the authentic Costa Rican village of Brasilito and Playa Brasilito in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It is also within walking distance to the famous white-shelled sands of Playa Conchal. It offers multi-bed configurations to sleep two to six people in a room. The hotel offers a Honeymoon Suite, Double Rooms, Family Rooms, and 2 rooms with kitchenettes. Each room has its own bathroom with hot water, AC unit, small refrigerator, in-room coffee, cable TV, wireless wifi, and more.   

The hotel has occupancy for 41 people with 2960 sq ft of livable space on an 1124 m2 lot. A nice pool, community rancho, and garden with hammocks provide a great atmosphere for your guests to lounge and enjoy some downtime from all the awesome nearby activities. The poolside rancho comes equipped with a kitchen where breakfast can be served to guests in the morning and where guests are welcome to enjoy social time and cooking together in the afternoons and evenings. The hotel also has a reception area, laundry room, storage basement, bodega, onsite parking. The lot is configured perfectly for expansion and the lot behind the hotel may be available for sale in the near future so there are opportunities and space for expansion.

Cabinas Diversion Tropical Hotel is within walking distance to several beaches and within 5-20 minutes of many more beautiful beaches. The community of Brasilito offers several grocery markets, bars, 12-14 restaurants, souvenir shops, tour operators, and more. A new marina is being built in Flamingo, just 5 minutes away. It is less than a 1-hour drive to the international Liberia airport.
