The Point is an exclusive gated community in Playa Avellanas, Guanacaste. The natural resources of the Pacific Coast and clever bioclimatic infrastructure come together perfectly at THE POINT. The beach homes have a wide living/dining room and an open kitchen concept, creating an open space to enjoy with friends and family. Two bedrooms also have their own terraces and sliding doors for better ventilation, more recreation, and private space. Each sub-community has its own pool, social area, and BBQ station. You will enjoy a Yoga Deck with river view, nature trails, security checkpoint and access to the public street, playgrounds, pet park and guest parking spaces among other amenities.
