Villas Langosta is an established boutique beachfront condominium development located directly on the white sands of Playa Langosta, Costa Rica. Built in the early 2000s, this intimate, low-density complex consists of only 11 high-end residences, offering a level of privacy that is increasingly rare along the Gold Coast. One of its most desirable features is its direct, gate-to-sand beach access, allowing residents and guests to reach the beach without crossing any public roads.
The complex features a charming Spanish-Mediterranean architectural style surrounded by mature tropical gardens. Residences are known for their spacious, open-concept layouts, with many configured as large two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums. Several units also include an open loft on the upper level, providing flexible additional space that can be used as a third sleeping area, media room, office, or lounge.
Inside, the condominiums feature high vaulted ceilings, elegant tile or marble flooring, and generous windows that bring natural light into the living spaces. Kitchens are typically finished with custom solid-wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and breakfast bars, creating comfortable spaces for both everyday living and entertaining.
Select residences enjoy beautiful ocean views from the primary living areas and master suites, with large sliding glass doors opening toward the beach and breaking surf. Some master suites also feature spacious en-suite bathrooms with private jetted Jacuzzi tubs, adding to the property’s relaxed tropical atmosphere.
Residents and guests have access to a large central outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and lounge areas. The gated property also offers assigned secure parking, private storage space, and monitored security. Combined with its small number of residences and exceptional beachfront setting, Villas Langosta is a highly desirable option for full-time living, vacation use, or investment in Playa Langosta.
