                                Why a Silent Auction?

We have several properties that we believe have not gotten the exposure they deserve in the market place. We are trying to bring attention to these opportunities through a silent auction.

What is a Silent Auction?

Many of you may have participated in silent auctions at various charity events. Essentially a service or product is offered with a minimum price. People place bids provided, they are not below the minimum and they are higher than the current bid. We will close the bidding in this Silent Auction at 8:00 PM, Costa Rica time, on Thursday, January 31, 2032.

Are these Fire Sales?

Generally no, the intent is to draw attention to the listings. The minimum prices are often below the current listing price but not always.  These prices reflect a favorable price for both the buyer and seller.

What do I need to do?

If you have an interest in any of the properties or would like to monitor the progress, please click on the attached “Registration Form”. Please complete, scan and return to our e-mail address. Once registered, you will receive periodic updates on activities for the properties.

What if I'm a real estate agent?  Can my clients participate?

Of course, we have special programs to encourage other brokers and are co-broke friendly. Please contact us to find out how your clients can participate in the silent auction.

What properties are included?

We have two groups of real estate, properties situated at Hacienda Pinilla and properties in Junquillal, including Tierra Pacifico and Las Brisas.
